Modern reaches Aventura, Fl in this 1400 square foot loft. Ceiling and lighting design was key allowing for the white, black and silver color scheme to take its leaner and sharp effects. The one bedroom unit was converted into a two bedroom by closing off the formally known media/dining area with frosted glass to maintain depth and perception. In doing so, a custom table made out of glass, chrome and white lacquered wood was added and perfectly sits their family of four. Wavy metallic wallpaper is used alongside the entire west wall leading from the foyer, through the staircase, and into the living room.
