Innovative Family Apartment Design in Kiev
Maly Krasota Design has masterfully completed a two-story apartment in Kiev, tailored for a large family with young children. The design cleverly accommodates both the family’s need for space and their love for hosting guests.
Versatile Living Spaces for Family and Friends
The first floor offers a seamless blend of a living room, dining area, kitchen with hidden storage, and guest rooms. This layout ensures comfort for cozy family evenings as well as lively gatherings with friends. The living room’s modular sofa can be reconfigured or tucked away, transforming the space for various activities.
Personalized Bedrooms and a Spacious Bathroom
Upstairs, the bedrooms reflect individual color themes: warm beige tones for the parents and brighter colors for the children’s rooms. A large bathroom, zoned into different areas, features an olive green color scheme with wooden furniture accents. The bathroom’s design is complemented by a minimalist white shower room, hidden behind a glass partition.
The entrance hall, with its extended room, long bench, and spacious dressing area hidden behind mirrored doors, effortlessly accommodates many guests. It also provides ample storage for family necessities like bicycles and sleds. The apartment’s staircase, a striking feature, combines a metal frame and plywood steps, exuding elegance despite its size.
