About Nizza Paradise Residence

Design Inspired by Nature: Merging Building and Landscape

Starting off, the project was deeply influenced by studying the site, looking closely at its shape, nearby nature, and pathways. As a result, the building’s design reminds us of a peaceful woman resting on the ground. This vision gradually became a part of the building’s design, especially in its layered terraces. Instead of forcing a design, the land itself naturally guided the building’s shape.

Focusing the Building: Key Views and Flowing Spaces

Mainly, three big views shape the building’s direction: the lake, the city center, and the woods. Besides giving beautiful views, they also guide the movement of people and light. Following that, spaces inside the building move smoothly from public areas to more private ones. This mix of daily life with the outdoors shows up all over the design. Special features, like the main entrance, green wall, and spa area surrounded by nature, make the building stand out. Paired with natural materials, these design choices play with light, shadow, and views. In the end, the whole design shows a close bond between nature and the building, bringing together the outdoors, the building, its inside, and its overall look.
