About 29th Apartment

A 29th Floor Haven: Modernity Meets Classic Elegance

Nestled on the 29th floor, this apartment offers panoramic views, which undeniably influenced its selection. The contemporary design effortlessly marries a spacious living room, dining area, and a kitchen. Adjacently, there’s a functional laundry room coupled with a guest bathroom, and a sprawling private section featuring a wardrobe, bedroom, and a luxurious master bathroom.

At the heart of the living room, a fireplace and TV set anchor the space, flanked by ample bookshelves and a snug sofa unit. Designed for the modern 21st-century woman who balances work and frequent travels, the kitchen beckons as a culinary haven. Within, the design stays consistent with the apartment’s ethos: a standalone island graced with a marble top, harmonizing pastel and bold cabinet hues, and brass accents punctuating the refrigerator handles and tap. Moreover, the glistening floor tiles set the ambiance, enticing culinary explorations.

Classic Accents in a Contemporary Cocoon

Particularly striking, the walk-in closet exudes classic elegance, with its pastel green furniture and complementary gold light fixtures. Meanwhile, the apartment’s most cherished alcove is undoubtedly the bay window seating, adorned with plush cushions. Here, one can effortlessly escape into the literary world. Additionally, the serene bedroom bathed in muted tones and a bathroom, characterized by light-blue panels and marble floors, resonate with the owner’s refined tastes.

In their architectural journey, the architects audaciously blended minimalist furniture with ornate moldings and cornices. Throughout, vibrant splashes of color invigorate the space. Importantly, the owner’s active involvement in every design decision was paramount. Owing to this symbiotic collaboration, the “29th Apartment” materialized as a celebration of shared vision.
