Private Apartment by FADD Architects

This contemporary and elegant penthouse in Via Orazio, one of the most panoramic and suggestive streets of Naples (Italy), is striking both for its brightness and for its view: on one side the city, on the other the unmistakable outline of Vesuvius, from the Gulf of Naples to the island of Capri.

About Private Apartment

A Symphony of Contemporary Elegance

Firstly, design elements paired with a meticulously defined color palette seamlessly transform this apartment into a modern sanctuary. Secondly, each room, in its own right, exudes unmatched sophistication.

Upon entering, you’re immediately welcomed by a canaletto walnut boiserie. Notably, this feature acts as a divider, artfully separating the wellness room from a spacious open expanse. Beyond that, this expansive area unfurls, revealing a breathtaking gulf view.

In this zone, the resin floor (akin to epoxy flooring in the U.S.) harmoniously merges with pristine white walls. Jointly, they carve out a dual-purpose space: a cozy living area on one side, and, on the other, a sleek kitchen. Additionally, Rimadesio sliding glass doors, in all their splendor, elegantly encapsulate this region. Furthermore, intriguing contrasts emerge. On one hand, the Salvatori Pietra d’Avola cladding commands attention. On the other, the Poliform kitchen’s dark oak wood radiates an air of luxury.

Sleeping Quarters: A Realm of Comfort

Next, situated adjacent to the kitchen, a discreet doorway beckons. Stepping through, it introduces the apartment’s tranquil reprieve. Nestled within, you’ll find two serene bedrooms, a pristine bathroom, and the crowning jewel—a palatial master suite replete with a lavish private bath.

Delving deeper into the master suite, one discovers a bathroom swathed in luminous white Carrara marble, embodying sheer opulence. Furthermore, as you gaze outward, an enchanting view of Castel dell’Ovo emerges. This historic vista, in its majesty, is beautifully mirrored by the Rimadesio glass doors.

Lastly, anchoring the ambiance, the chevron parquet floor gracefully intertwines with a stone wall backdrop. Complemented by dark wood furnishings, the room resonates with a warmth that’s both intimate and inviting.
