Preserving Vintage Charm
Many original features, such as stucco decorations, window frames, and the impressive wood-and-glass portal, remain untouched. Moreover, iconic Milanese floor tiles, known as “marmette”, find new life as unique wall coatings. In certain areas, exposed brick walls add distinctive character throughout the home.
Blending Old with New
New wood floors, boasting both seamless and herringbone patterns, lay the foundation for a blend of classic, contemporary, and vintage furniture.
