Reviving Mediterranean Elegance
Mallorca-based developer, Sophisticated Projects, transformed a 20-year-old Santa Ponsa home, blending cutting-edge technology, comfort, and avant-garde design. They entrusted Interior Designer Marga Comas, who seamlessly integrated the home’s interior and exterior.
Preserving the Essence, Enhancing the Space
While the single-story building’s general layout remained, the emphasis shifted to refining room designs. The living area, for instance, transitioned to an open-plan layout, spotlighting a stunning kitchen. Expanded windows now flood the home with light, showcasing the picturesque garden and pool.
Furniture and Lighting: The Finishing Touches
The quest for top-notch furniture and meticulous detailing culminated in a serene Mediterranean abode. Its natural, understated warmth, sprinkled with Nordic design elements, exudes tranquility.
