Situated on the tranquil Litibu Bay, Casa Kupuri 27 is the brilliant work of designer Módica Ledezma, completed in 2024. This exquisite dwelling balances earthy materials to create an environment that honors minimalism. The parota wood and concrete pillars give it a structural grace. The ochre-toned floors and clay tiled surfaces draw inspiration from the earth, while the stone details amplify the natural splendor that surrounds the residence.
