Discovering Casa Kupuri 27: a coastal retreat

Situated on the tranquil Litibu Bay, Casa Kupuri 27 is the brilliant work of designer Módica Ledezma, completed in 2024. This exquisite dwelling balances earthy materials to create an environment that honors minimalism. The parota wood and concrete pillars give it a structural grace.
