Authentic Apartment Combines Comfort and Style with Open-Concept Layout
Located in Campinas, Brazil, Authentic Apartment was designed by Bohrer Arquitetos for an apartment with an emphasis on architectural elements that maximize natural light and create a sense of openness in the living spaces. Featuring 155 sqm, this home employs a modern, open-concept layout for socializing, with three suites designed for comfort.

Welcoming spaces for socializing
The modern, well-planned open-concept kitchen connects perfectly with the living and dining areas, creating an ideal space for socializing and integration. The gourmet area, equipped with a barbecue, further expands the social environment, designed to be a welcoming space for gatherings. Large windows in all the rooms allow for an abundance of natural light, contributing to energy efficiency and creating a pleasant indoor climate.

Balance between comfort and privacy
The three suites have been designed to offer residents comfort and privacy. The decoration favors neutral tones in the finishes, creating a calm and relaxing environment for resting. The functional arrangement of the furniture ensures practical organization, while elegant details such as high skirting boards and metallic finishes add a touch of sophistication.

Contrast of Light and Dark Tones
The design of the apartment stands out for the harmonious contrast between light and dark tones. In the social areas and in two of the three suites, light finishes predominate, reinforcing the feeling of spaciousness. Meanwhile, in the third suite, guest bathroom and gourmet area, dark cabinets and panels create a bold and inviting aesthetic.

Curved furniture design follows color palette
The curved, modern furniture follows the color palette of the finishes, reinforcing the continuity between the spaces. The finishes in the wet areas, chosen for their practicality and easy maintenance, make everyday life more functional, reaffirming the concept of a comfortable, elegant home adapted to modern needs.
