RAL Apartment by Patricia Martinez Architecture
Located next to Ibirapuera Park – one of the most visited parks in Latin America – the RAL Apartment in São Paulo, Brazil, combines elegance and comfort in a 350 m² space designed by Patricia Martinez Arquitetura. The design, highlighted by a soft color palette and large windows to connect residents with nature, emphasizes sophistication and well-being through rustic and contemporary elements, resulting in an inviting atmosphere that meets the lifestyle of its residents.

High Ceilings Clad In Oak Veneer Bring Softness
Combining elegance and comfort, the 350 m² apartment provides a privileged view of the treetops through the large windows in the living area. As well as connecting residents to the natural landscape, these openings allow plenty of natural light in, increasing the feeling of well-being.
Natural elements blend into the casual aesthetic, with the oak veneer ceiling in the living room standing out as one of the client’s main desires. The same material also covers the walls of the gourmet space, which acts as a support for dinners and integrates harmoniously with the dining room.

A Neutral Color Palette Creates A Calming Atmosphere
The porcelain floor and the presence of materials such as metal and glass add a contemporary touch to the design. The soft color palette, made up of beige tones and green details, conveys serenity and sophistication.

Signature Pieces Stand Out For Their Textural Diversity
The furniture was carefully curated to reinforce the elegance of the apartment. Highlights include signature pieces such as the Agulha sofa by Zanini de Zanine and the May armchairs by Jader Almeida, one of Brazil’s top designers. Both are low pieces of furniture, strategically chosen to preserve the visual amplitude of the space and add different textures to the environment. The selection also includes the Lina Bo Bardi pendant in the dining room and the metal tables in the living room, by Estúdio Orth.

Custom Millwork Tailors Storage For The Residents
The woodwork was custom designed to meet the needs of the residents. In addition to the large living room, which is the focal point of family life, the apartment has an office and three suites.

The Master Bedroom Is A Soft, Relaxed Retreat
The master suite, in shades of gray, was conceived as a space for the couple to decompress, promoting comfort and tranquility.
