TM Project by Two Arquitetura
The TM Project is a house located in Itupeva, Brazil. Designed by Two Arquitetura and completed in 2024, this elegant residence combines the sophistication of a luxury hotel with the comfort of a private home. Its open floor plan fosters interaction and togetherness, while high-end materials such as Moledo stone, Guatemalan green marble, and European oak enhance the sense of luxury and organic connection to the surrounding nature.

High-End Materials Bring Sophistication and Texture
The use of high-end materials is a highlight of the project: Moledo stone, Guatemalan green marble, and European oak are strategically applied throughout, bringing sophistication, texture, and durability. The suspended veranda and infinity pool reinforce the connection between architecture and landscape, enhancing the natural surroundings and the breathtaking views.
Bedrooms and Private Office Maintain Residents’ Privacy
The bedrooms and a private office ensure residents’ privacy while maintaining the sense of openness and lightness that defines the entire home. Each space was carefully designed to frame the stunning views, achieving a harmonious balance between luxury, functionality, and nature.
Integration with Surrounding Landscape and Natural Tones
The concept behind the TM Project originated from the client’s vision of combining the elegance of a five-star hotel with the intimate comfort of a private residence. As interior designers, our goal was to create a “welcoming refuge,” where every element is thoughtfully curated to evoke relaxation and sophistication.
A key aspect of this concept is the integration with the surrounding landscape. The open-plan layout serves as the spine of the project, meticulously planned to harmonize with nature. Natural tones dominate the interiors: the warmth of European oak, the earthy hues of Moledo stone, and the deep green of Guatemalan marble create an organic transition between indoors and outdoors. This material palette goes beyond aesthetics—it’s a sensory experience, with textures that make the home inviting and timeless.
Expansive Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Area for Elegant Entertaining
The living room, home theater, and game area were designed to foster interaction and socializing, creating a dynamic, vibrant environment for gatherings. The expansive gourmet kitchen and dining area, complete with a functional bar, were created for elegant entertaining, reflecting the lifestyle of a family that values hosting friends and loved ones. Every space was meticulously planned to offer comfort and warmth, making each corner of the home a destination in itself.
Layout Encourages Connection and Expansive Glass Panels
The layout is designed to encourage connection, with large, open common areas that promote conversation and togetherness. Yet, each environment maintains the privacy and comfort essential to daily life. Expansive glass panels integrate the interiors with the outdoors, allowing nature to become an active part of the residential experience.
Details Highlight the Balance Between Sophistication and Comfort
Features such as the suspended veranda and infinity pool maximize the spectacular views, reinforcing the idea that landscaping is an extension of the home’s interior design. Carefully selected details—custom furniture and curated artworks—highlight the balance between sophistication and comfort.
Luxury Hotel Experience Remains Rooted in Comfort
Although the project evokes the experience of a luxury hotel, it remains deeply rooted in the sense of comfort that TWO Arquitetura prioritizes in all its creations. Every space was crafted to welcome with elegance, offering a serene and functional refuge for daily living. The residence embodies the true spirit of hospitality, ensuring that every gathering becomes an opportunity for joy and connection, turning each moment lived here into a lasting memory.
