Casa EB by AC Design
Casa EB is a single-family house designed by AC Design | Alessandro Consoli Design, located in Parzanica, Italy. The project features clean lines, balanced symmetries, and neutral tones, showcasing an Italian-Japanese design style approach that integrates the surrounding landscape. The original home was renovated, creating a structure that blends memory and innovation in an effort to restore identity and character to the building, which overlooks Lake Iseo and the surrounding mountains.

About Casa EB
Clean Lines And Fluid Transitions
The intervention was based on a respectful approach to the natural and cultural context. The design is inspired by an Italian-Japanese aesthetic, evident in the cleanliness of geometries, the balance of symmetries, and the sincerity of the materials used. The custom-designed furniture blends with the architecture, defining transitions, thresholds and functions in a fluid way.
Natural Materials Connecting The Interior And Exterior
The choice of materials fell on natural, local or salvaged elements, capable of dialoguing with the surrounding landscape. Such as Excavated Stone, used for the exterior wall finishes; exposed natural Wood, for the roofing and custom-made furniture; Gray Stone, in continuity between the interior flooring and the stone staircase; Plaster and neutral shades, which enhance natural light; Iron, as a functional and decorative element; and Velvet Fabrics, in forest green and earth tones, for a textural and chromatic contrast.
Project Respects The Original Home’s Character
Casa EB is configured as a perfect balance between memory and innovation: a project that restores identity and character to the pre-existence, renewing it with discretion, elegance and respect.
