Upon nearing the entrance, a roomy foyer welcomes visitors, gracefully functioning as a diminutive home library. This clever spatial solution underscores the project’s commitment to repurposing areas while preserving their old-fashioned allure. Vivid brick highlights and organic wooden hues establish a warm, lived-in ambiance.
Connecting Areas: From Living to Dining
Stepping into the living space, the restored parquet flooring evokes a sense of timelessness, perfectly contrasting with the modern gray terrazzo. Sunbeams flicker throughout the room, which is decorated with an eclectic mix of traditional and modern pieces, producing an atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and invigorating.
The open-concept design flows naturally into the dining zone, where a striking wooden framework outlines the thresholds between spaces.
