About House TG3

The Facade: A Contemporary Architectural Wonder

Conceived by FH2L Arqutectos in 2022, In-House T3G appears as a 21st-century single residence in Villanueva de Luha Cañada, Madrid. The eye-catching front immediately draws the gaze with its mix of lumber slats and tidy geometric contours. This concept strongly integrates with its wilderness setting, conveying a harmonious blend between structural form and natural scenery.

Stepping onto the grounds reveals a consciously designed arrangement dictated by two main axes: north-south and east-west. This careful scheming boosts both practicality and ease, fostering a movement that naturally ushers occupants throughout the spacious dwelling while honoring the allure of the setting.

A Main Hub Linking Living Areas

Upon gaining entry, guests experience a central hub that unfolds into a tastefully planted garden. This key area facilitates easy flow among the various living spaces. Intriguingly adaptable, it permits stand-alone passage to every room while cultivating a tight bond between the interior and exterior worlds.

The daytime portion emanates coziness and camaraderie. Oversized floor-to-ceiling panes welcome in sunlight, eliminating visual separations and softening the boundaries of the area. This design choice amplifies the open atmosphere, evolving the dwelling into an embracing refuge in everlasting interaction with the environment.

Secluded Spaces: Sanctuaries of Slumber

The evening quarters are tailored for seclusion and ease. Standalone sleeping zones function as individual hideaways, each crafted with design cohesion. These charming rooms display a minimalist stance, showcasing neutral color schemes and top-notch materials that promote a tranquil setting.

Ensuite bathrooms enhance the bedrooms, furnishing a lavish retreat with chic fittings, plenty of natural illumination, and peaceful design accents. This careful synchronization of style and practicality guarantees every part retains an air of serenity and calmness.

As we navigate through In-House T3G, it’s apparent that this living journey goes beyond simple architecture. Here, aesthetics, eco-friendliness, and togetherness unify to yield a singular habitat. In each nook of the property, there’s an acknowledgment of progressive architecture molded by the encompassing nature, serving as a reminder of the significant connection between constructed environments and the Earth’s wilds.
