Luxurious Floor Covered With Fior Di Pesco Marble

The entrance leads to a bright living area, divided by two spectacular Fior di Pesco marble portals.

Custom-Made Paneling Conceals Movement In The Space

The living room features a reading area with Vitra’s Longue Chair and a conversation area embellished with iconic Cassina furniture, such as the Utrecht armchair and the Otto sofa. Custom-made mahogany panelling envelops the room, discreetly concealing storage spaces and passageways.

Furnishings And Lighting That Enrich The Setting

The dining area opens through the second doorway and shares the Fior di Pesco marble floor with the living room. In the center, Cassina’s Tube table harmoniously dialogues with the Superleggera chairs, in a setting enriched by personal furnishings and the Flos 2097 chandelier, which emphasizes the sophisticated atmosphere.

Brutalist Collage Of Materials Characterises The Kitchen

Adjacent to this, the kitchen stands out for its deliberately brutalist style: cement resin flooring, steel surfaces, and wooden details create a contrast that is consistent with the living areas. The exposed concrete pillar becomes a distinctive feature.

Custom Walk-In Closets And Stylish Bathrooms

The sleeping area features large bedrooms with Italian herringbone solid wood floors. The master suite includes custom-made wardrobes, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom entirely clad in Salvatori marble, with a sink recessed between marble partitions and Stone Parquet flooring in continuity with the bedroom. The guest bathroom, clad in black Rain marble, stands out for its bold and complementary aesthetic.

Tailor-Made Design That Enhances Elegant Materials

Casa R 23 is the expression of a tailor-made design that enhances fine materials and meticulous details, offering a timeless aesthetic, faithful to the vision of our studio.
