In the heart of Kraków, on 80 square meters (861 square feet), an apartment designed specifically for a creative couple has come to life. The owners, enthusiasts of modern art and film aesthetics, inspired by Wes Anderson’s style, have infused their home with vibrant pastel shades, especially pink, and intricate details. Every element was meticulously planned and selected, from terrazzo tiles to countertops and even flower pots. Nothing in this interior is accidental; even the coffee cups, grinders, and jugs are carefully chosen.
Kitchen – The Heart of the Apartment
The unconventional layout of the kitchen, divided into two parts, immediately catches the eye. The traditional kitchen island was replaced with a table and a projector mounted in a suspended ceiling. This ceiling serves a dual purpose: it conceals an unexpected structural lowering of the building and houses a retractable screen for the projector. The bold pink color, present even in the grout between the white tiles, gives the kitchen a unique character.
