Night falls and brass edges catch a soft city glow. A glassy shimmer from crystal butterflies drifts over the lounge, and the emerald sofa grounds the room.

This is a city apartment in Estonia, designed by Studia 54 as a luxurious yet livable home for a young couple. The work focuses on interior palette and furnishing—rich metals, tactile upholstery, and tuned lighting knitting together a cohesive atmosphere.

Layer Color and Metal

The living area sets the tone with an emerald sofa, brass-finished tables, and a bespoke chandelier strung with crystal butterflies. Shelving and the TV wall hold music awards in a composed arrangement, while a mobile dog bed slides in as a friendly, practical accent. Materials stay legible: metal for sheen, glass for sparkle, and deep upholstery for rest.

Lounge with View

An open plan ties lounge, dining, and kitchen to panoramic city views. Sightlines stay long, so the furniture reads as islands—conversation to one side, a quiet awards vignette to the other, dining in between. The palette holds steady across zones, keeping the room calm even as the program shifts through the day.

Mocha Kitchen Warmth

The kitchen moves to mocha mousse tones that echo the living room’s warmth. A rounded breakfast bar softens circulation, while glass pendants, brass cabinetry, and marble accents layer glow and grain. It feels composed for both quick mornings and late-night cooking, with durable surfaces carrying the visual rhythm forward.

Hallway Texture Play

Leather panels and wood veneer give the hall depth and a measured pace. Terracotta armchairs pick up color from the lounge, and a butterfly artwork bridges the narrative between rooms. The move is simple: repeat a material, repeat a motif, and let the corridor feel intentional rather than just connective tissue.

Suite of Quiet Rooms

In the primary bedroom, a niche with concealed curtains corrects the asymmetric layout and frames the bed. Soft grays, gold, and terracotta settle the mood, supported by sculptural lighting and tailored Italian pieces. The walk-in closet reads like a private boutique, with a backlit brass mirror, tinted-glass wardrobes, and a chandelier cut from natural salt crystals for a gentle, mineral glow.

Dark Bath, Jewel Light

The primary bathroom leans into shadow, where pendant lights set with emerald crystals punctuate stone and mirror. Existing fixtures remain, but lighting recasts them with drama; surfaces feel richer under that glint. The guest room swings the opposite way with pale tones, a suede-framed alcove, and brass notes that keep continuity.

Starry Sauna Calm

A private sauna folds in fire-safe fiber optics, turning the ceiling into a starry field. It’s quiet and warm, a small escape built for daily reset.

Back in the main rooms, the evening light threads across brass and marble. The apartment holds its balance—luxurious, personal, and tuned to the couple’s rhythm.
