Tyra House, located in Trinec, Czech Republic, is a house designed by Fiala Architects in 2023. The project transforms the landscape with a design that employs natural materials, seamless transitions between spaces and integrated wellness and recreation areas, all located close to the Moravian-Silesian Beskids. The interior design additionally features a striking six-metre chandelier shaped like a frozen waterfall and illuminated panels from renowned design house Swarovski.

Villa Havu, located in Helsinki, Finland, exemplifies serene modern log house design crafted by Laura Seppänen. Showcased at the Loviisa Housing Fair in 2023, this log house employs illuminated spruce surfaces and timeless interior elements, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Each room resonates with its neighbor, exquisitely responding to both natural surroundings and design fundamentals, ensuring a refined aesthetic that matures gracefully over time.
