Situated in Santa Monica, California, the residence styled “Spanish Revival” and crafted by Ferguson & Shamamian Architects enchants visitors with its deep Mediterranean influences. Built in 2013, this breathtaking abode emerged from a necessity for stability and safety in California’s earthquake-prone zones.

The homeowners shifted from their beloved but imperfect Mediterranean dwelling, adopting a refreshed vision inspired by the captivating villages scattered throughout the Spanish countryside.
