Located in Punta Negra (Carrilleros), Mexico, Kupuri 27 is a sanctuary designed by Módica Ledezma that employs rustic materials in a blend with nature. Indoor and outdoor spaces resonate through crafted spaces that celebrate minimalism, adorned with their ochre flooring and clay-tiled surfaces, while the direct connection to the tropical garden and the sweeping view of the Pacific Coast remain ever-present.

Sanctuary Villa, designed by BLOOM Architecture, is a unique house located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Completed in 2023, this retreat cleverly blends industrial and natural elements.
