Designed by Nar Design, SK Residence is a house located in Miami, United States. The project highlights the essential role our homes play in our overall well-being, especially in an era where remote work and home office arrangements have become increasingly prevalent, blurring the lines between our personal and professional spaces. This residence aims to provide not just a luxurious and contemporary home but an authentic sanctuary—a fusion of nature-inspired serenity and the rejuvenating ambiance of a spa.
Casa Concordia is a residential building located in Bolzano, Italy, designed by AREA Architetti in 2020. It’s part of an urban regeneration project that replaces a cinema and creates 22 housing units, as well as an underground garage for 40 cars.
Creating the ideal home for a young and dynamic family from scratch, responding to their needs and requirements: this was the challenge that characterized the project, overseen by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico for all the exteriors and followed by Zenucchi Design Code for the interior.

The Scandi-Modern Family Home is a striking house located in Montenegro, designed in 2023 by Jelena Pilic Architecture. This thoughtfully designed home captures the essence of Ulcinj’s sandy shores and the lifestyle of a young German couple seeking calm and character. The interior blends Scandinavian simplicity with Mediterranean warmth, featuring natural textures and clean lines that evoke their coastal life and love for beach sports.

Valencia, Spain-based architect Pilar Martí has designed a house that fully restores its facade while recovering a courtyard that had been buried during its 14-year rundown, along with reinserting the building’s steeply pitched Spanish tile roof. Named House in Cabañal, the home showcases elements of Mediterranean living, featuring both an east-facing patio that serves a thermoregulator of the building, and a staircase containing volumetric and spatial games that form a nuclear element of the home.
