In a modern Athenian apartment building of the 1960s, a diplomat invited Constantine Bouras Studio to design, construct and curate a 110 sq.m apartment in Pangrati, Athens, Greece with the aim to display the timeless atmosphere of the neighborhood. While the owner’s primary focus was bringing up to date the apartment’s infrastructure, the architects aimed to create an aesthetic result that would seem effortless and seamless, as if the shell has never been touched.
Flat #6 is an apartment that overlooks São Paulo’s skyline through widescreen windows. Designed in 2021 by Studio MK27, it’s home for a couple with three teenagers sons, the project establishes a permeable living. The decoration adds a layer of tactility to the apartment, mixing contemporary and vintage pieces that blend harmonically with the sober finishings and adds a touch of color to the apartment.
Anand Home is a house located in Ahmedabad, India. Designed by Hiren Patel Architects, it features a seamless blend of spaces, light and textures, creating a modern luxury expression where nature isn’t just the backdrop but an integral part of the design. At 17,800 sq. ft., the bungalow blurs the boundaries between landscape, architecture and interiors, distributing a journey through lush gardens with water features before welcoming visitors with grand wooden doors.
On a sloping hillside of Tinos, where the Cycladic landscape is shaped by dry stone walls, stone-built “cells,” and old footpaths, KORDAS Architects designed Villa in Tinos as a discreet vacation house that comprises a main home and an independent guest suite. Built in 2025 and named Emerging Landscape, the residence intertwines architecture and nature in a seamless experience, integrating into the landscape with design elements that prioritize sustainability, immersive experiences, and outdoor living.
Twin House in London, United Kingdom, designed by Graeme Williamson Architects in 2024, is an innovative house that harmoniously balances private spaces and communal areas. It appears as an artistic wonder, with playful sculptural shapes that respond to the urban landscape. The Fisherman House is also a house located in Spain, designed in 2024 by Terra Coll Home. The cottage was originally a small boat house, built haphazardly alongside other boat houses, and situated about four meters from the sea on a small pebble and sand cove. The team sought to create a year-round Mediterranean escape that reflected a sense of spontaneity, naturalness, and connection with the sea.
