Four slender homes climb toward the sea, stacking terraces, bedrooms, and rooftop decks to work with the sun, the breeze, and the view. Inside and out, the architecture leans on simple materials and clear volumes to keep attention on ocean light and everyday coastal life.

10º House stands in South Tangerang, Indonesia, with its street face tilted ten degrees to the east and its form cut from textured concrete. Designed by STUDIÉ, the house treats climate, shadow, and material as equal partners in daily life. A complex of three stone-built buildings is located west of the city of Chania in the village of Kalivani, near Balos. Designed in 2024 by Design Emotions Atelier – Evi Kotsou, the property measures 220 sq.m. and arranges the buildings around an inner courtyard with water connecting the volumes. The design echoes the Venetian imprint on Cretan architecture while creating spaces that offer new emotional experiences, disrupted from modern everyday life.
