CCB House in São Paulo, Brazil, was designed by Kiko Salomao + Tanaka in 2020. The house features a concrete base to accommodate the property’s topography, organizing three main blocks. The Children’s Hospice House for Julia, designed by Czech architecture studio Ctyrsten, features secluded “last farewell” apartments with memorial atriums and sheltered outdoor access in Brno, Czech Republic. Frasquet Arquitectos has completed this contemporary one-story home in the Torre en Conill area of Bétera, Valencia. The house’s Mediterranean style features clean lines and local materials that integrate with the natural surroundings. Inside, an open-plan L-shaped layout connects the kitchen and living area to the garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor experience. Large windows allow abundant natural light, creating a spacious and comfortable atmosphere.
A Bit W Residence is a house in Nonthaburi, Thailand, designed by TA-CHA Design in 2024. The modernist-influenced home features basic geometric forms, passive design, and an open courtyard to enhance ventilation and green space.
