Set within the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, the Stealth House crafted by Specht Novak unveils a revolutionary perspective on city dwelling. Conceptualized in 2024, this forward-thinking abode defies standard perceptions surrounding seclusion and exposure. The outer shell boasts an eye-catching profile, completely devoid of windows and enveloped in corrugated Cor-Ten steel. Such an exterior not only bolsters security but also fosters an air of intrigue.

The Offset ADU, designed by Byben, is a garage conversion located in Los Angeles. Completed in 2024, the ADU features curved interior and exterior elements, creating a soft and inviting atmosphere. Byben expanded the original garage, offsetting the second level to accommodate zoning envelope requirements and power lines, allowing for features like a roof deck and bike storage.
