Located in Urla, Turkey, Casa S is a house that underwent a profound transformation from an existing property with a basic envelope. Designed in 2022 by Ofis Vesaire, the luxury residence features a revised structural system that enhances spatial fluidity, blending reinforced concrete with architectural elements. This thoughtful approach redefines the home’s identity, seamlessly merging interior and exterior spaces and creating an oasis-like atmosphere through a carefully selected materials palette.

Grün Haus redefines the balance between tranquillity, functionality, and contemporary architectural expression, seamlessly integrating storage solutions while maintaining openness and fluidity. Designed in Malta by studio NiCHE, the project harnesses natural light, enhanced by carefully selected materials that diffuse and reflect illumination, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere within the apartment.

The project embodies a minimal aesthetic with impactful spatial composition, optimising spatial adaptability, and seamlessly transitioning between functional areas.

The AMEF house is located in São Paulo, Brazil and was designed by Patricia Martinez Architecture. The “Vista do Paraíso” apartment in Canasvieiras, Florianópolis, Brazil, was renovated by Tulli Studio in 2023. This intimate 62.52m² abode creatively merges its interiors with nature, employing biophilic design elements. With an inviting ambiance, it introduces comfort for guests, perfectly suited for short-term rentals, thanks to modern practicality that includes seamless connections among living spaces.
