Originally established in 1903 as a McMurties Shoe Factory, this 2023 Sydney apartment design by Studio Noakes retained its industrial heritage with high ceilings and hardwood beams. The design preserves the historical attributes while incorporating bespoke furniture and an eclectic selection of materials.
