Designed by Dmitriy Sivak for a large family, the project leans into minimalism with a single palette of wood, ceramics, and natural fabrics that runs through every room. The result feels restrained yet generous, with comfort drawn from proportion, material warmth, and careful handling of natural light rather than decoration.

Dmitriy Sivak designed the Linden 5-5 apartment, located on Luteranska Street in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2025. This residence features an open layout protected by a glass wall, offering privacy when needed. Warm tones and clean lines create an inviting atmosphere.
