Located in Fitzroy, Australia, King Bill is a house renovated by Austin Maynard Architects. The renovation involved a double story terrace house and its eastern garden, previously separate lots, now linked. Also respecting the heritage of the area, the designers chose to preserve the terrace facade and incorporate the existing trees into the design, enhancing the spaces for the residents’ family of four.
