Río 9 is a house located in Guadalajara, Mexico, designed in 2023 by Baja Architectural Design. The project features interiors that emphasize a connection with the outdoors and houses interiors that celebrate exposed concrete and steel. The dialogues between materials, organic touches, and double-height rooms are complemented by abundant greenery throughout the residence. This greenery enhances privacy and establishes a cohesive conversation through the spaces and their connections to the outside world.
The building, consisting of two floors and an open rooftop, is situated in the heart of the Carmel neighborhood in Haifa, Israel. The apartment, designed for a young family by Tal Goldsmith Fish design studio, was conceived and styled with a precise, and meticulous approach in a Bauhaus style, drawing inspiration from Japanese living spaces. This was done to create feelings of serenity and restraint within the space.
Raphael’s Refugium is an apartment located in Graz, Austria, designed by LOVE architecture and urbanism in 2025. This distinctive space, previously an office loft, was envisioned as a hybrid concept for a young art dealer, seamlessly integrating living and gallery elements through high ceilings, sculptural furniture, and fluid interior arrangements, blurring the lines between functionality and artistic expression.
