The legendary 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin reopens its doors after an extensive redesign by Studio Aisslinger — the same studio behind the hotel’s original concept eleven years ago. This transformation went far beyond a standard refurbishment. It was about reactivating key areas and evolving the hotel’s concept to keep it fresh, relevant, and unmistakably Berlin. With the new concept, studio aisslinger once again sets a new milestone for experience-oriented hospitality design through immersive storytelling.
The Hotel Le Dune Piscinas, designed by the acclaimed PL-AG Studio, is a captivating project located in Ingurtosu, Italy. This hotel, set within the Ingurtosu mining park and the protected natural park of the Piscinas dunes, directly on the beach and surrounded by the tallest dunes in Europe, offers guests an immersive and engaging scenographic experience. The designers have skillfully blended conservative restoration and new construction to create a harmonious and comfortable hotel that celebrates the unique natural surroundings.
Within the Tierraverde condominium in Jesús María, Mexico, LM Arkylab has designed the captivating Casa CX3, a single-family residence completed in 2022. This 750m2 house was crafted with a family of five in mind, prioritizing ample spaces for gatherings and seamless integration with the surrounding greenery. The project’s conceptual strategy of “IMMERSION” ensures each interior space directly connects to an exterior element, fostering a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living.
