Nestled in Herzliya, Israel, The Crown Jewel is a private house designed by Boaz Snir. The massive renovation took place on a 500 sq m (5,382 sq ft) lot, including multiple additions, and integrated local Mediterranean influences, European architecture, and American design elements. It was finished in 2025 and embodies a unique blend of styles, showcasing a connection to the natural surroundings.

On the Mountain in Front of the Sea by Witt Architects in Israel offers a variation on local Israeli architecture. Designed in 2023, this house features a pair of stone buildings overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The layout includes a central patio, creating an intimate space with a pool, pergola, and local vegetation.
