Furniture pieces organised throughout the house include a mix of standard and custom designs made from wood, walnut Alpiwood composite and other materials all unified by warm tones.

This apartment, unfolding over 165 square meters on a building’s top floor, showcases a blend of architectural ingenuity with breathtaking views, including the iconic San Francesco di Paola’s bell tower. The design elegantly navigates the space with high ceilings and structural elements, setting a new benchmark in contemporary living.

Casa IFE, a modern apartment located in Palermo, Italy, has recently been redesigned by La Leta Architettura. Located on the ninth floor, it offers spectacular views of the city and sea.

The space offers a functional program requested by the clients, including a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, two large bedrooms (one of which has a walk-in closet and bathroom), Carrara marble flooring, oak planking wood, and two lacquered wood storage elements. The master bedroom features a wooden volume that contains a large walk-in closet. Through the use of noble materials such as wood and stone, tailored spaces have been created that characterize the rooms of the house.
