House in Mundão, designed by Paulo Pereira Teixeira in 2023, is a contemporary residence in Viseu, Portugal. Characterised by a reinforced concrete structure and east-facing garden, the house connects to its landscape seamlessly. Inside, natural wood slats provide a cosy ambiance, while large glazed openings allow natural light to continuously transform the spaces. The interior layout is divided into social and private areas, with bedrooms on the first floor overlooking a pool.

In Bucharest, Romania, Jooca Studio designed the Serenity apartment, a duplex with a minimalist style, completed in 2024. This project features an open ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Existing finishes were refreshed, and new filomuro doors were added. Jooca Studio utilized natural light to define the main areas and incorporated textured and shaded elements to create a beach-inspired aesthetic. The design includes a multifunctional island, spacious dining, and organic materials, enhancing the interior with a pastel palette and feminine touches.

Designed by YSG Studio in 2023, Mo Jacobsen is a home in Melbourne, Australia, blending Victorian weatherboard with a new addition. The home incorporates Middle Eastern and Nordic elements, with a focus on sustainability through the use of Hempcrete. The interior boasts rich spice notes, gem-hued leadlight panes, and various references to multiple cultures, creating a unique and harmonious living space.

Pátio do Meco, a Setúbal home designed in 2018 by Fábio Ferreira Neves, maintains its original identity by preserving its typical Mediterranean elements. The minimal exterior is designed as different volumes positioned according to privacy needs. A verandah connects the main home, where social activities take place, with the private rooms along the perimeter. For shade, the patio, which maintains its original scale, contains Mediterranean elements, such as a well and shading reeds.
