Located in Beykoz, Istanbul, the Mona94 project takes its name from the fact that 94 percent of its site is covered by forest. This strong connection to the natural surroundings played a defining role not only in the overall project but also in the design of the 3+1 show flat, designed by Gönye Design with the concept of balance in mind.

In the core of Naples, Italy, Casa Quattrodì arises, an exquisite apartment crafted by Valentina Autiero in 2024. The outer facade showcases a contemporary yet welcoming design that harmonizes effortlessly with the vibrant locale. Fluid interiors with a tranquil scheme of muted colors and a cozy vibe underscore the sophistication of this thoughtful interior, while relaxing bathrooms and utility balance practicality with aesthetic excellence.
Nestled along the wild northern shores of Lake Tremblant, La Flèche is a Quebec residence that reimagines the mountain chalet with contemporary elegance. Set on a dramatically steep site, the residence unfolds across two levels, totaling over 700 square meters. Evoking an arrow or harpoon, the rooflines of La Flèche thrust skyward, welcoming visitors with drama and flair while the warm wood slat soffits beneath offer a welcoming, tactile quality.
Loft T reimagines the concept of a home within an apartment in Taipei, Taiwan. Designed by Matters, this project encompasses a modern, minimalist design style while catering to the necessity for compact temporary dwellings. Completed in 2024, Loft T balances aesthetics with practicality, striking a remarkable equilibrium between the comforts of both a residential and hotel environment.
Situated in the bustling city of Taipei, Taiwan, Residence W embodies the essence of contemporary living through groundbreaking design by Matters in 2024. This compact apartment utilizes level changes to delineate public and private areas, enhancing spatial clarity and function. Variations in flooring augment the functionality of the restricted square footage, creating a seamless flow that emphasizes integration, fluidity, and a sense of expansiveness.
KSR Architects and Interior Designers completed The Bird House in 2021. Located in London, United Kingdom, the house features Scandinavian style furniture that gives a fresh and modern feel. The design balances a sophisticated and minimal palette with the display of a colourful art collection, featuring striking Scandinavian design, that adds pops of colour without detracting from the beautiful artworks.
Finished in 2023, G+B House is an abode located in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The family house was designed by Mariana Orsi arquitetura + design using natural materials. A large swimming pool, jacuzzi, and soccer field fill the communal spaces of a home that emphasises socialising and celebrations. Exposed concrete forms the architectural element at the front and is complemented by warm interiors.
