Villa Icaria, a 2024 house in Guadalajara, Spain, was designed by Arquitectura Al Descubierto as a utopian proposal. The project’s volumes intertwine with nature, using local materials and engaging a rural organicism.

Patricia Martinez Architecture has designed House LWF in São Paulo, Brazil, with a focus on environmental impact reductions. Built with a glued laminated timber (glulam) structure, the home offers panoramic views of São Pedro Beach on the region’s North Coast. The blocks are clad in wood and precast materials, and feature natural lighting from large glass panels. Attic GG is an 11th floor apartment in Milan, Italy, designed by Numero [10] architetti in 2023. The Milan property features custom furniture and sleek lighting fixtures by Davide Groppi and Nemo Lighting. Large windows in the living room offer sweeping views of City Life, the Giuseppe Meazza stadium and the Lombardy mountains, complemented by Italian marble throughout. A central living space is surrounded by two bedrooms, a service area and a master suite with a travertine bathroom.

Reviving a historical treasure in Rennes, Project Perrin highlights the impressive renovation of a 160 m² house in Rennes, France. Designed by Juliette Derrien in 2023, this significant undertaking injects new energy into a 1930s construction and comes to fruition through a collaboration with architect Sophie Lambotte.

The project features a total transformation, an extension, and the elevation of a three-level urban dwelling.

Located in Milan, Italy, LV House is a contemporary apartment designed by NOE9 that artfully integrates modern sophistication with its metropolitan environment. This stylish space, designed in 2024, presents a warm and welcoming ambiance, highlighted by a velvety couch, reflective stainless steel surfaces, and private bedrooms serving as peaceful sanctuaries.

Set on Portugal’s Costa Vicentina near the town of Aljezur, Casa do Sul is a white block with an L-shaped plan that embraces its setting while opening up to farmlands and the ocean. Distinção and Serra round out the home’s mix of warm woods and natural tan hues. Both names reference an Alentejo word for slope and are characterized by sloping shapes – the furnishings are inspired by the “easy-going beach life of the musicians, surfers, and farmers who call Costa Vicentina home”.

Signature Space, a villa in Ra’anana, Israel, was designed by Liad Yosef in 2025. The house features a sharp monochromatic palette, contrasting materials, and maximises natural light with its glass elements.

The front facade is covered with grey porcelain tiles, while the interior blends smooth and grooved black veneer panels, basalt stone, and light porcelain flooring. Signature Space also showcases spacious living areas and a well-maintained yard, reflecting an elegant and refined aesthetic.
