Creating the ideal home for a young and dynamic family from scratch, responding to their needs and requirements: this was the challenge that characterized the project, overseen by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico for all the exteriors and followed by Zenucchi Design Code for the interior.

The interior layout, already well thought out and organized by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico, was followed up and refined by Zenucchi Design Code, whom the clients entrusted with the customization of the rooms.

Valencia, Spain-based architect Pilar Martí has designed a house that fully restores its facade while recovering a courtyard that had been buried during its 14-year rundown, along with reinserting the building’s steeply pitched Spanish tile roof. Canaves Hotel is a hotel located in Oía, Greece, designed by Kapsimalis Architects in 2025. The small hotel is located in the traditional village of Oia, on the island of Santorini, facing south to the Volcano and to the Aegean Sea, standing on the cliffs of the Caldera. The entrance to the hotel rooms takes place from its west and north side, via the public pedestrian street and through the two main exterior staircases of the complex.
