The house, located in Matosinhos, Portugal, was designed in 2023 by Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto. The project embodies the inner relation between the architect and the cliente, resolving problems identified from an analysis of the pre-existence. The concept sits on the will of being simultaneously inside and outside without identifying its limits.

Before the design by Beef Architekti, the apartment retained its original, strictly divided floor plan, now organized into three clearly defined zones, interconnected by two unique custom-made carpentry elements that add visual dynamism and airiness to the interior.

Located in Balearic Islands, Spain, the Stepped House by Nomo Studio showcases a contemporary design style. The house is marked by tiered terraces that amplify alfresco living and warm-toned stone accents with abundant glass, maximizing views and light. Outdoor spaces encourage relaxation, while the spacious interior, defined by an earthy palette, includes a kitchen with elegant wooden cabinetry, a cozy dining area, serene bedrooms, and a minimalist bathroom that all connect seamlessly to nature.

Art House is built within the green oasis of Filothei, a neighborhood nestled within the bustling metropolis of Athens. Designed by Kallos Turin, the house incorporates the cubic volume – accentuated with poured concrete – to house the client’s world-class art collection in a gallery format, as well as the space for their extended families to converge. A native landscape was created as an extension of the preserved hillside from which the cube emerges.
