House of Vid and Higurea sits on a cliff above Ostional, Costa Rica, where the Pacific wind and turtle nesting cycles set the rules. Designed by LSD architects, the house reads as a single level from approach, yet slips down the slope to preserve views and the site’s fragile rhythms. It’s a house first, but its stance is environmental—quiet, resolved, and tuned to place.

Designed by K10 Studio, the Ostional Guesthouse in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region offers a captivating 175 m² beach house with a low-tech industrial design concept. Featuring an open-plan living area, an infinity pool, and two master bedrooms with ocean and jungle views, this property seamlessly blends minimalistic elements with a deep connection to its stunning natural surroundings.
