A home for a prominent local shoemaker, Fluevog House showcases a unique appearance derived from a subtractive carving of pure geometry, with a yellow roof deck and triangular and round windows. As a Net Zero project, Fluevog House expressively combines creativity and technical performance.
The legendary 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin reopens its doors after an extensive redesign by Studio Aisslinger — the same studio behind the hotel’s original concept eleven years ago. This transformation went far beyond a standard refurbishment. It was about reactivating key areas and evolving the hotel’s concept to keep it fresh, relevant, and unmistakably Berlin. With the new concept, studio aisslinger once again sets a new milestone for experience-oriented hospitality design through immersive storytelling.
Located in Paris, France, Apartment S is a sleek 93-square-metre (1,001-square-foot) flat with a minimalist design that reflects natural light across the space. Completed in 2018 by French studio Heros Architecture, the apartment features three main furniture pieces that create and organise the layout, which further highlights the space’s clean aesthetic.

Parisio Greco is an Apartment in Malta designed in 2023 by Artemis Interior. Maintaining a warm and light colour palette, the designers aimed for a bright and whimsical flat. Among the unique elements is a cozy and quirky living space, where the burnt orange chairs stand out and blend with the soft beige couch. The design features expansive windows, a serene kitchen, and today invites guests to enjoy the panoramic rooftop terrace.
This apartment in Genoa, Italy, designed by llabb, has a colorful, contemporary interior. The layout was modified to create a spacious living area that opens views to the port, while exposed beams tell the story of the district’s industrial past. Working with local brand Mobilia, the design incorporates a mix of furniture and artworks, combining bold colors and iconic pieces from the 1950s to present day.
Renovated in 2023, Ivens Apartment in Lisbon, Portugal, showcases a playful fusion of contemporary and vintage styles by X Atelier. The apartment’s whimsical design instills versatility for a creative inhabitant, promoting multifaceted use throughout its lively spaces. With an emphasis on informal areas, the flat features a sculptural spiral staircase, dynamic textiles, and a concealed children’s room behind a wardrobe door, creating an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.
Situated in Kyiv, Ukraine, The Earth is an apartment designed by Oleh Hubanishchev in 2022. Spanning 100 square metres, it features a harmonious color scheme and abundant natural textures, catering to a family of four. Each room unfolds a narrative of comfort, marked by playful yet muted interiors, with distinct colorful aesthetics for two children’s bedrooms. The design prioritizes practicality while uniting sophistication, creating an inviting and contemporary family abode.
