Nestled on the Menorcan coast, Zenith House spreads across a landscape of pines and native vegetation. Designed in 2024 by Nomo Studio, the 300-square-metre single-story house features a formal organization structured around eight tangent square modules, integrating materials that highlight the synthesis between context and construction. The project engages in a topographical dialogue by adapting to the gentle slope of the terrain through subtle folds and stepped platforms.

CH 26 is a stunning 100m2 apartment designed by I-ARCHITECTURE in Bilbao, Spain. This innovative space showcases industrialized interior design, embracing raw materials and flexible living arrangements. The design facilitates a seamless flow between the kitchen, living room, and dining areas, promoting adaptability.
