W New York – Union Square marks a vivid new chapter for this hotel in New York, United States, guided by Rockwell Group’s return to a familiar address. The studio recasts the Beaux-Arts landmark with rooms, lounges, and a restaurant tuned to Union Square’s changing rhythm, from market mornings to late-night gatherings. Color, pattern, and art shape a layered interior that feels both rooted in the city and pointed toward the brand’s future.
From two-star Michelin Chef José Andrés, comes Zaytinya, a luxurious restaurant located in the Ritz Carlton, New York. Designed by Rockwell Group, the 140-cover space celebrates Mediterranean culture with bright blues, warm bronzes, white oak woods and specially commissioned artwork.
Architectural finishes have been kept as a neutral base to offset these elements of texture and pattern found in the upholstered banquettes and at the bar. Rich and undulating curves, an assortment of textures, and a custom mural of a meandering Mediterranean landscape all come together to transport guests to an oasis of the coast.
