Located in Santander, Spain, Hotel Rhin Garden was designed by Sandra Tarruella Interioristas in 2024. Architecture, interior design, and landscaping intertwine seamlessly in this stately property, characterized by its white façade and dark woodwork, creating a style that is both classic and urban, yet distinctly contemporary.

The Scandi-Modern Family Home is a striking house located in Montenegro, designed in 2023 by Jelena Pilic Architecture. This thoughtfully designed home captures the essence of Ulcinj’s sandy shores and the lifestyle of a young German couple seeking calm and character. The interior blends Scandinavian simplicity with Mediterranean warmth, featuring natural textures and clean lines that evoke their coastal life and love for beach sports.

This small cabin designed by Tomás de Iruarrizaga is located near Valdivia, Chile. It sits in the middle of the dense and humid Valdivian rainforest. The form is conceived as a compact and sharply defined volume — a prism with acute angles that contrasts strongly with its surroundings. Its interiors, made of laurel wood, are warm and tactile; everything feels like part of a built-in furnishing, much like the interiors of boats, where ribs and keels are exposed.

The comfortable Penthouse, located near the Schoorl sand dunes and right at the edge of the forest in Schoorl, Netherlands, was designed by architect Jeroen de Nijs in 2024. The spacious apartment combines natural tones and materials with a layout that maximises natural light and views, delivering a tranquil, vacation-like atmosphere for a family looking to escape city living.

The design balances a sophisticated and minimal palette with the display of a colourful art collection, featuring striking Scandinavian design, that adds pops of colour without detracting from the beautiful artworks.

WrocLOFT, designed in 2022 by THEZA Architects, is an open loft studio located in Wrocław, Poland. The apartment features an interior that celebrates historical elements, such as exposed brick walls and steel beams, while incorporating newly applied materials that complement the building’s character. The re-adaptation features compact winding stairs, semi-transparent partitions, and a modular lighting system for flexible living space.

Located in Mira, Italy, [FRA]me is a house designed by 3ndyStudio and finished in 2019. The project is characterized by three conceptual steps: duplication, overlapping, and rotation. These ideas create bright, dynamic interiors linked with the outside. The ground floor has a rectangular shape and is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, and the upper volume, which is rotated and held up, doubles it.

This project involves the transformation of an old caretaker’s lodge in Paris. Located on the ground floor of a building in the 2nd arrondissement, the apartment is designed to serve as a suite for visiting friends and travelers. To maximize light and privacy, a mezzanine was added and a wooden screen surrounds the double-height space. Atelier PA used a limited, cohesive material palette to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space.
