Space Copenhagen has reimagined the interiors of Fürstenau, Germany 12th-century Schloss Schauenstein, which has long been a destination for culinary excellence under three-star Michelin chef Andreas Caminada. The redesign of the hotel incorporates a restrained and elegant aesthetic, where ancient stone walls, timber beams, and winding staircases are complemented by soft natural materials such as oak, stone, wool, and linen.
