Seaside Retreat: A Family’s Summer Cottage in Odessa
Perched on the Odessa bay coast, this project shines as a successful remote design collaboration. The clients played a pivotal role, spearheading the interior and landscape design for their family’s summer cottage.
Architectural Solitude with a Seaview
The house presents a unique design, with three walls maintaining privacy from neighbors and the road. The fourth wall, however, opens up to breathtaking sea views, inviting the outside in.
A Blend of Private and Shared Spaces
A traditional pitched roof crowns the house, beneath which nestle two private bedrooms. Surrounding these intimate spaces, a common area unfolds, bridging the gap with its openness.
Every room, from the children’s quarters to the master bedroom and living room, extends outdoors onto terraces and a balcony. The roof’s design smartly accentuates the dwelling’s connection to the sea and sunlight, embracing the coastal ambiance.
