Twino Headquarters by Open Ad Architects
Description
The Riga-based TWINO is a fintech company, which allows its staff to work from anywhere. However, they believe that a shared office is still vital for social work culture. Having listened to the company’s needs we designed an activity-based workplace, which embodies the company culture and brand values. Bespoke furnishing brings the logo to life without the need for additional signage and branding solutions. Seen from the street, a neon light feature attracts attention and announces the company name to passers-by.
Employees are welcome to use the hot desks, lockers, meeting spaces, kitchen, and lounge. The office is easily transformed to host community gatherings, foosball tournaments, and staff parties. Custom-designed elements like the stylized tool rack support a culture of creativity and innovation. Employees can comfortably brainstorm, bounce ideas off each other, and introduce an element of play in their work. The rack also nods to TWINO’s partner company Vilia, which works in the construction and real estate sector. The two share an office.
