About Paraíso 354
Award-Winning Design by SARCO Architects
SARCO Architects Costa Rica designed the stunning “Paraiso354 Residence”, celebrated for its modern tropical luxury. This residence won big at the 2021-2022 International Property Awards in London, showcasing its design excellence.
Luxury and Vision in Design
Paraiso354 was more than just a high-end home; it was a vision of luxury and space. SARCO Architects aimed high, creating a 6-bedroom haven that embraced both the beautiful outdoors and indoor luxury, all within a modern tropical setting.
Captivating Views and Smart Design
The home offers amazing bay and sea views, with a unique angle on a secluded bay and mangrove forest. Its design focuses on capturing these views while keeping the indoors cool and comfortable. The family den is a special spot, offering a wide view of Peninsula Papagayo’s beauty.
Elegant Finishes and Materials
The house features Italian porcelain stoneware tiles, blending modern and tropical styles. The main level has dark quartzite porcelain flooring, balancing sunlight and ambiance. The façade, made of large slabs and porcelain stoneware, merges beautifully with the natural setting. Natural teak and Guanacaste wood at the entrance lead to a stunning bay view.
Harmonious Interior and Lighting
The design of Paraiso354 integrates interior architecture with lighting, creating a harmonious space. Guanacaste wood cabinetry adds character, and the home’s minimalist design is enhanced by selective lighting, accentuating the gorgeous views.
At night, the lighting design softly highlights the home’s architecture and gardens. The lighting choices, from light strips to downlights, add to the home’s tranquil and attractive atmosphere.
