A New Chapter in Architectural Design

Light Path serves as a beacon of modern living, blending functionality and comfort. Nestled in Waverly, Pennsylvania, this home caters to clients transitioning into a new phase of life, prioritizing safety and adaptability. Inspired by their previous home, the design retains essential elements like quality light and connectivity with nature.

Innovative Layout for Ease of Movement

The plan features a cross-shaped design, enhancing circulation between living, dining, and bedroom areas. This layout maximizes views of the surrounding landscape while ensuring easy navigation throughout the single-level home. Expansive windows and a 92-foot-long skylight flood the space with light, while sliding-glass doors extend the living area to an outdoor porch.

A Focus on Natural Materials

Light Path incorporates locally sourced, sustainable materials that connect the home to its wooded environment. Durable cedar siding, reclaimed Heartwood pine flooring, and local white pine ceilings infuse warmth into the interiors. The entryway features regional bluestone flooring, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
