General features

The use of natural and warm materials, contrasted with chromatic and material elements, reflects the dual soul of the client: warmth and intimacy, strength and formal concreteness. This synergy can already be perceived at the entrance, where a wall of oak furniture accompanies the visitor to the kitchen, a true multifunctional hub. The kitchen island, with its contrast between oak wood, the dark gray of matte lacquers and shiny statuary white marble, represents a point of connection between aesthetics and practicality.

Architectural Elements

From a technical point of view, the design studio was able to integrate modern systems in an invisible yet accessible manner, ensuring that aesthetics and functionality coexist in perfect harmony. Casa DRT thus stands out for its ability to combine refined and sophisticated design with maximum practicality, giving its inhabitants a comfortable and sophisticated living space.

Living Area

The large open space, organized around a central floor plan, finds balance in the placement of the black marble dining table in the center of the space. Opposite, the living area is dominated by a generous island sofa in earth tones and a TV wall that visually mirrors the aesthetics of the kitchen, creating a formal coherence that unites the spaces.

Sleeping area

The transition to the sleeping area is underscored by a material change in the floor, which shifts from stone to wood surfaces, almost as if the living area’s paneling is projecting to the floor, reinforcing the idea of continuity and connection between the spaces. Here, colors and materials dialogue harmoniously, enveloping those who experience these rooms in an aesthetic embrace.

The master bedroom, with its monolithic wall and shelved headboard bed with wood details, is embellished with matching nightstands and wall spotlights that add functionality and character. Complementing this, the large oak walk-in closet, equipped with recessed LED lights, provides an area dedicated to order and elegance.

The master bathroom, on the other hand, is a tribute to brightness, with statuesque white marble and wood accents on the walls, enhanced by soft throat lighting. The custom-designed white stone sink complements an oak cabinet, while the large whirlpool tub dominates the space, providing a haven for relaxation.
