About EGR Apartment
Maximizing Light in a Compact Space
Nestled within a snug 65 sq.m (700 sq.ft) footprint, this apartment caters to a young couple’s craving for a luminous, minimalist abode.
From Fractional to Functional
We morphed the original segmented design, previously dotted with multiple rooms and corridors, into an open expanse. Only the bedroom remains distinct. Vibrant cobalt curtains serve as our chosen zoning tools, stitching together the apartment’s motif.
A Monochrome Palette with Bold Accents
The apartment revels in a subdued, nearly monochromatic color scheme. This choice intentionally offsets the bold color pops, rendering the space both brighter and more spacious. Moreover, it upholds a certain sophistication.
Strategic Ceiling Choices
We dropped the ceiling solely in the kitchen and bathroom for efficient ventilation pathways. Meanwhile, the rest of the home showcases white-painted concrete slabs, retaining their raw texture.
